Physical Book Orders
If you purchased a physical copy of one of our books directly through this website and are dissatisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the book must be returned in its original condition (unused, no markings or damage). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs)
Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook and digital format sales are final. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us—we’re happy to help resolve the issue promptly.
